This cellular security camera is US version, only can be used in North America (Canada, Mexio, Australia).
This solar wireless camera cannot support 24X7 video record/ cannot support Onvif/ cannot support human tracking/cannot support computer access.
If the outdoor solar security camera cannot connect the 4g celluar, please confirm insert the SIM card correctly, and whether there the sim card has enough data package.
If you choose other service sim card, please choose a nano-Sim card card with a good local lte data signal, activate the SIM card and set it up by plugging it into your phone first and this will get the data connection working.
