Q.How can I get a better tracking effect?
A:Please make sure to provide a stable WiFi signal to the ptz wifi camera, or it will get stuck during tracking.
The wifi dome camera will remind you in time through CamHiPro APP or Email or FTP when detecting the motion. (The premise is that you need to enable these push functions on APP or software), If you need the security wireless camera to give an alarm on the scene after detecting the movement, you can open the Siren button on the APP.
About SD Card Recording &Playback
About SD Card Recording:
(1) Support up to 128G micro SD card（SD card is not included in the WiFi IP camera）. Kind reminder, please do not use an SD card with too little storage space, which will cause the camera to be unable to store videos.
(2) Support 24/7 all-day recording and alarm recording , if the SD card is full, the new recording will overwrite the old recording in turn.
(3) Support APP and PC software to download and playback videos in SD card. (including time playback and file playback)
